Our Approach

When we learn of a factual error we correct it as quickly as possible; significant corrections are clearly noted.

Types of Corrections

• Minor (typos/formatting) — fixed without a note.
• Factual — updated, with an editor’s note/date where material.
• Significant — clearly disclosed.
